I don’t know about you, but breakfast can be the hardest meal for me to plan. The first disadvantage is that it’s in the morning. How are you supposed to fix something nice (and nourishing!) when everyone is running around getting ready for the day? Secondly, the meal can’t be late, like dinner, since there is a definite deadline to when Joel needs to leave (or when I have a student coming). Thirdly, it has to be put together quickly.
These are all obstacles, but there are some delicious options that easily overcome them, and I am sure you know some of them. Let’s share!
