Sometimes it can be hard to find stainless steel bake and cookware in the world of Teflon, nonstick and aluminium. By the way, my mother owned one of these when I was growing up and I always loved using it! It was very easy to use and you can definitely use it for a lot of things other than making pizza. It’s great, for example, rolling things out in pans where a normal rolling pin wouldn’t fit.

Finally, she is also including a pizza seasoning mixture.
You add this to tomato sauce for your pizza or you can use it with pasta too.

I LOVE the stainless steel bakeware, especially the bread pans. I bake my own sourdough bread, but haven’t had the money to invest in quality, safe bread pans. I also make my own pizza crust from my sourdough bread recipe, so the pizza pan would be a great addition to my kitchen!
