This recipe is one of my husband’s favorites, but I’ve snuck in a healthy substitution for the canned mystery-condensed soup.

This week I’m talking about mangoes, and included a video clip tutorial about how to peel and cut them.
Also, Kimi, I couldn’t find a way to contact you personally via email, so *please forgive me* for adding this note here…delete it if you like… but I was very surprised (or not?!) to find out you are Josh’s sister. We are huge fans of his ministry, and I think it’s a small coincidence that I’m also a big fan of your site here ;o) What a small world. Anyway, we are in the process of a new church start, and loved the covlife name, so that is the name we prayerfully went with as well when we started. We share many similar convictions… maybe you do, too? I’d love to connect; if you ever get a chance to send me a private email, please do.
Blessings to you!

Actually I am Josh’s sister in law, but close! I am married to his younger brother, Joel. How fun that you also like my site on a totally different topic than church. 🙂 Thank you for introducing yourself. I need to get my personal email up on the site (in a way that doesn’t allow spammers to get a hold of it) so that people like you can contact me. It’s great to hear that you are involved with a sovereign grace church! We have a lot of respect for their ministry and have benefited personally from it ourselves.

I didn’t submit a recipe this week but it certainly is more fruglal to continue breastfeeding than introduce cow’s milk – especially if you don’t want to and are still nursing at least 3-4 times during the day. Check out my submission today for more info.

Great variety here per usual. 🙂 I linked a new variation on broccoli. One can adjust the recipe as needed due to ingredients on hand, prices paid for toppings, etc. Super nourishing as the title implies.

Shalom Stephanie, this week, I wanted to let others know about the Frontier Wholesale Coop, in case this is new to them. I’ve been involved in ordering from them for almost 2 years. We have been able to take advantage of great savings. The post is on my front page since I didn’t set up the link yet. I’m new to blogging.

Hi Kimi,
Just wanted to let you know that Tropical Traditions has a bunch of products on sale. I know you buy things from them and I wanted to make sure you knew about the sale.
