This chicken salad can be quite frugal when you make your own buns and your own yummy dressing. It’s even tastier if you toast the buns with some butter before assembling…I should add that tip to my post!

I linked up a post with a recipe for Cherry Upside-Down Cake and a tip on using baking soda to reduce the amount of sugar used in baked goods with fruit. It can be a surprising and frugal way of baking with acidic fruits. 🙂

I love sardines, i don’t need enough. eating one small can gives me enough protein for the day.
I’m back to drinking Pau D’Arco tea, need to go through some cleansing again, eating too much home made bread and honey. (not recommended for pregnant women though)
