I just got finished eating a scrumptious new recipe to share with you. I just need to finish up the pictures for the post. Meanwhile, I had a few things to both tell you and ask you!

Now that Aria, my third little girl, is 7 months old (tomorrow), I am in a place where I can finish up some of the projects that have almost literally been on the back burner. I am super excited to finish them up. I have always considered myself a mother and wife first, and so I gladly cut back after Aria was born to concentrate on her and Elena, but I’ve lately felt like I’ve entered a new “season” of having a bit more freedom again to pursue some of my other projects.

Meanwhile, I am in need to of some recipe testers-people willing to try out my recipe creations for some of my projects. If you are interested in hearing more details of how you can be involved, please use the contact form to get in touch with me! I would greatly appreciate it.

Thirdly, I have had many requests of other bloggers who would like to share a guest post here. I would love to have an occasional recipe shared by a fellow enthusiast! I haven’t had the time until now to sort through those requests, but if that interests you, please feel free to contact me to get more details.

More coming soon!

I would love to hear more about testing recipes. My website is listed above and is currently going through a sever remodeling to align it more with my interests instead of as just a photo album to share with family in other states. It should be up and running in another week and will have a tab for testing and sharing new favorite recipes.

      Hi Brandi,

Thanks for the offer! Just to clarify, the recipes I need tested are ones I am working on to refine further for a special project. My testers will need to agree not to share them (to other people, or online). 🙂

Would be interested in recipe testing. Caveat: gluten-free, dairy-lite, and preferably vegetarian or fish*, as I eat a very limited amount of meat. I’d also likely share the actual food with others, but not the ingredients/recipe.

I’d love to try a pickles recipe of some sort, as I have fermented a few things but not much.

    *Jeesh, I sound so picky.

I’m at a blessed time in my life when I am cooking for my family, but not yet a mother (the eldest child in a homeschooling family), so I am using this time to practice cooking and I love experimenting. I would consider it a privilege to be involved in recipe testing. And since we are currently living in China, this might add an interesting international perspective on cooking nourishing food.
Was there a form for us to fill out, or did you just mean this comment section?
    Hoping to hear more soon!

Budding cook would love to test recipes and spread the joy: that would be my 11-year-old homeschooled son under close supervision. Very exciting prospect!
