I got here early, this week. It always amazes me when I am not, at the end of each list.

    Thanks for hosting this.

    Hi, Kimi and everyone!

The post I’m sharing today is carrot soup – a delicious, seasonal, and frugal spring and summer meal.

    Hi Kimi!

Today I’m sharing our favorite pizza crust. This was a recipe that I got from another blog and have been making for months. Sadly, the original blog is no longer active. I’m sharing the recipe so others can enjoy it as much as we have. It is delicious!

Check out my Fresh Spring Roll recipe. I was surprised how well one of my Thai restaurant favorites turned out at home.

Hi sorry this isn’t related to the topic – I just couldn’t find your email address anywhere! I’ve tried making the sweet potato biscuits and pumpkin and berry muffins but using mashed potato/pumpkin as we don’t have it in tins down under. My batter stays quite dry and crumbly and I’m wondering if your puree is a very thin, saucy consistency? Any advice would be appreciated!
    Thanks
    Christie
