The kids and I have been lovin’ oven baked pancake this month – it’s so quick and easy!
This recipe is our favorite Sunday Morning Coffee Cake. We have it almost every Sunday. As far as being “penny-wise”, it uses very basic ingredients and there are at least 7 variations so you can always use what is in your pantry/refrigerator for a unique, delicious, and very special breakfast. It’s easy, too!!
