I hope that everyone is having a very happy thanksgiving holiday! I have my maple honey pumpkin pie (with coconut milk) cooling as I write, and I can’t wait to dig into the rest of the holiday feast tomorrow. But I wanted to let you know that the Nourishing Holiday Carnival is back up again! I am so sorry for the days that it was not up. I am not sure why it disappeared the first time, but the second time was my fault. It’s all fixed know though, so check it out, if you haven’t already.
Happy Thanksgiving!
