I have really enjoyed teaching my ecourse these last 12 weeks (I just have one more week to teach!). I can’t believe the volume of writing I have done for it.  I feel like I have written a book.  Some of you have asked if I will be offering it again. I can’t make any promises, but I do plan on launching it again at some point. I realized that after all of the work I did for it, why not share it with more people?  And the second time around will allow me time to fix typos and adjust content according to feedback too. 😉

Meanwhile, I had promised you all that I would let you know when my friend Kelly launched her ecourse. She finally has it up and the sign up timing is coming to a close soon (9//15!!!!!) What I appreciate about Kelly is her heart for those just beginning their nourishing journey. From her blog and her ecourse you very quickly realize that she has all of the sympathy in the world for those who find it jarring to change their diet. I’ve always appreciated that about Kelly and her writings. She has a very willing heart and hand in helping get you launched in your own journey towards eating better.

Through her own ups and downs, victories and failures, she has learned a whole lot and gained valuable experience to share with those just beginning. She has put together a 12 week ecourse that goes over the basics of reading labels and what fats, meat, produce, dairy, and other food items to buy on a nourishing diet. And, I think this is exciting, she is interviewing several experts. You will hear Sally Fallon Morell (President of the Weston Price Foundation), Dr. Kaayla Daniel (author of The Whole Soy Story), Jane Hersey (Director of the Feingold Association), Tom Naughton (Fathead filmmaker), and Jimmy Moore from the Livin LaVida Low-Carb blog.

If you are new to nourishing food and would like to learn some basic recipes as well as know the “why’s” behind making the changes advocated by Kelly and others, then this is a great ecourse for you. Check it out here. Make sure you watch some of her great videos too!

    OOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
    She has some great ‘headliners’!
When I mention Feingold to many people they have no idea what I’m talking about. My mom used it with my brother back in the 70’s and I ended up finding a wonderful little book “The Feingold Diet for Hyperactive Children” in 2001 and used that in combo with few foods for my own son. A little secret: I lost 40 #’s in one month doing that combo! I was nursing a 6 mo old, but the weight that I had to loose was not from the pregnancy it was from the build up of 5 years before her conception while having a toddler that didn’t always complete his food (waste not want not – eye roll).

It is great what Kelly is doing. At $120 or 3-$40 payments that is a deal!

    Hi Kimi,
I have really enjoyed the ecourse as well…I had been trying to empliment Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions anyway…and this let me do it with feedback and friends. I also enjoyed the flexability. However, I may have been to0 flexable 🙂 I haven’t gotten my last several classes and it’s been so long since I logged on I’ve forgotten how to get to it! Could you please email me the “directions” ?
    Krista
