Inka Chips

It’s been a busy time with my one-year-old now walking, and two moves in recent months. I have a list of topics I want to write about, but I know that it could take a while to get to all of them.

But I still want to share glimpses of my life, foods I love, and more with you all. So I thought I’d start sharing posts on five things I love. Things from my personal life, products I like, foods I am eating, and just anything that I am appreciating!

It’s a good practice for me, as it helps me realize the many blessings in my life, but it’s also a fun way to share some of the tips/tricks/AIP diet stuff too that I am finding helpful with you.

It’s easy to center on the discouraging or hard things in life. Why not look at the things you love and appreciate?

So here goes.

curls

First, I love this head of curls. If that’s just not the cutest, I don’t know what is!

Inka Chips

Secondly, AIP (or Paleo) people, these Inka Plantain Chips have totally saved me. It’s been BUSY lately, and while I have added some things into my AIP diet (and, I admit, ended up having a couple of cheat meals), I notice a big difference if I am strict with my diet. So these delicious chips have been a life-saver! I eat them with guacamole all the time.

garden and sunshine

Third, we had sunshine this week, as well as a backyard! After long months with no backyard, it has been so great having one again (we are house sitting for a couple of months). Only those who live in a state where it rains a lot know what I am talking about when you have your first full week of sunshine. It’s been glorious. And my older two agree.

Polish Pottery

Cups of tea in a lovely cup – I think this is one of my love languages. My mugs are packed away right now, so it was fun to see pretty mugs waiting for me at the house we are house sitting at.

vitamin c
And fifth, I kept hearing about this Vitamin C – over and over again. People were raving about it being so much more effective. So I decided to try it when I was sick. I have to admit. It does seem to work better. This is my second box (but ouch the price!). But, despite the price, I was very thankful for my vitamin C boost!

What do you love right now?

Great post! Love the glimpses and tips as I value your opinion. That vitamin C is pricey but I could see it being very handy in certain circumstances.
