(By the way, tomorrow is Pennywise Platter Thursday. I will put a post up later today for my contribution and late tonight the carnival will be posted. Hope to see you then!).

Well, my own samples of Miessence Organic Perfumes that Joanna sent to me has arrived and wow! I am so glad that I get to give away one of these sampler sets! First of all, the bottles are incredibly cute (my three year old thought so too). They are pretty little with a roll top that makes it easy not to spill any (it only takes a little perfume for an application).

When I first got them and started smelling them all, I was really a little overwhelmed with all of the scents. I eventually got smart and started sniffing coffee beans in between perfume smells. I was surprised to find that my favorites weren’t the one’s that I expected. I will do a full review soon, but so far I think that my favorite is Calm. I definitely think that the sampler is a great way to go because you can then take a while to decide which big bottle you want to purchase (though note that you can use the coupon code listed below to get 20 percent off the large size until the 28th of this month). You can also buy a single sample size as well (for about 12 dollars, I think). For those who didn’t win, check out the Actual Organics site and take advantage of the coupon below.

And now for the part you have been waiting for! Who won?

According to Random.org, Katherine who wrote: “I subscribed and hope to win these perfumes. I have been switching to all natural cleaning and hygiene because of the prevalence of harmful chemicals. I with I had known sooner.” has won!

Congrats Katherine! I will be emailing you tonight for your address. I hope you enjoy these perfumes as much as I do. Meanwhile, for those of you who didn’t win, remember that this is a great “Valentine’s Day” gift idea (so send your hubby and link and a hint).

Great news that Katherine has won, the perfumes are a logical next step in ‘detoxing’ synthetic chemicals from your life. It will be good to hear what Katherine thinks of them.
I am glad that you think the bottles are cute, they last an astonishingly long time! I liked Calm initially but now I am a convert for Delicious & Wild.

Delicious is my favorite! I love it so much I am ordering a bottle for myself for Valentine’s Day. Plus some of the fabulous toothpaste and the tropical body milk.

Calm is my favorite too! Just a FYI, I have been using the calm sample size (nearly every day) since Mid October, and I JUST ran out of it. It lasts WAY longer than the 12 applications that it is marketed for.
