Recipe Index Updated!

I’ve just spent the last hour updating my recipe index and now have all of my newer recipes filed in their correct places in the index! Many of you have been asking when I was going to update it and now I finally have.

One of the disadvantages of a blog is that good recipes can get forgotten in a week or two because they are lost in the archives. Or, some of you may remember a recipe I posted a few weeks ago and have a hard time finding it. For both of those reasons, I am going to be trying to keep my recipe index updated.

As I went through the last month or so of recipes, I found so many recipes that I, myself had forgotten!  For example, the Tangy Lemon Curd (pictured above) and the Lemon Curd Bars are wonderful summer treats that I had lost track of. Simple Italian Rice Salad is a personal favorite that we haven’t had in a few weeks. and my Spanish Walnut Cookies sound great for picnics.

Check it out if you get the chance, you may find some forgotten gem!
