Salted Caramel Mocha Fauxccino

  • 2 cups strong coffee
  • 2 cups coconut milk, full fat (or 1 cup milk and 1 cup cream)
  • 1 cup ice
  • ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 TBS caramel sauce
  • 2 TBS maple syrup
  • whipped cream for topping
  • caramel sauce for topping
  • unrefined salt (Celtic or Real Salt) for topping
  1. Pour the coffee, coconut milk, ice, cocoa powder and maple syrup in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour the coffee mixture into two 8 oz glasses. Drizzle in one tablespoon of salted caramel sauce into both glasses. Swirl in the caramel with a spoon.
  3. Top both glasses with whipped cream, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Add and straw to finish and you are ready to go!
