3 Ingredient Fresh Ginger Tea

  • 2-3 inches of fresh ginger root, well washed
  • A spoonful of coconut milk or cream
  • Honey, to taste
  1. Cut the ginger into ΒΌ inch slices.
  2. Add to a medium pot with 4 cups of filtered water.
  3. Bring to a low simmer, and simmer for ten minutes (or longer for a stronger brew).
  4. Add honey and coconut milk/cream to taste, and enjoy!
  5. Makes 4 cups of tea.
