3 Ingredient Fresh Ginger Tea
- 2-3 inches of fresh ginger root, well washed
- A spoonful of coconut milk or cream
- Honey, to taste
- Cut the ginger into ΒΌ inch slices.
- Add to a medium pot with 4 cups of filtered water.
- Bring to a low simmer, and simmer for ten minutes (or longer for a stronger brew).
- Add honey and coconut milk/cream to taste, and enjoy!
- Makes 4 cups of tea.
