EWG just updated their produce lists containing the cleanest and dirtiest produce you can buy in regard to pesticides. Once again, apples are the most important to buy organic. But if you avoid GMOs avoid a couple of the items on the clean fifteen list such as papaya and sweet corn.
If you can’t afford to buy everything organic, this is a great resource for knowing which produce items to try to source organically.
