I’m not a huge fan of crazy cleanses, but the coconut oil cleanse seems a little more reasonable. We all know the healing benefits of coconut oil–imagine compounding that by living off 12-14 tablespoons of coconut oil for a few days! Not sure if I’m ready to try it myself, though.

Bonjour Kimi, for this weeks recipe, I’m including a recipe that I’ve altered for our family for an almond nut butter and also a berry preserve which our 15 year old son has been making in our house for a while.

Thanks again for hosting this Pennywise Platter

Always a great format no matter what day! Here’s an easy peasy coleslaw, light and fresh…

When you are looking for a way to use some ripe bananas, the molasses banana bread/cake recipe I linked is a great option. Made in a loaf pan like a sweet bread, but the taste is more like a cake. :-)

This is my favorite post each week… not that the others are not great as well, but this is buffet-day! :)

I was worried when you didn’t put the post up in the morning and was praying that things were all right! You have a lot on your plate right now!

I shared a recipe from a German lady in our church: Authentic Pretzel Bread. Yum! It’s the most requested bread at church :o )
