The golden carrot bake is a great way to get carrots into your diet. Think cheesy potatoes, only instead of potatoes rice & carrots. YUM!

This recipe is our favorite Sunday Morning Coffee Cake. We have it almost every Sunday. As far as being “penny-wise”, it uses very basic ingredients and there are at least 7 variations so you can always use what is in your pantry/refrigerator for a unique, delicious, and very special breakfast. It’s easy, too!!

I’ve posted an easy veggie dip which I serve to my kids all the time along with a big plate of raw veggies. Easy and nutritious!
