I prepared my post on chickpea cheeseburgers last week and then didn&#039;t see your usual post - I must have been checking in with you too early in the day!  So I&#039;m sharing it here now. :)  They&#039;re super cheap, tasty, and prepared using traditional foods and techniques.</description>

		<description>this week I&#039;m sharing a few egg recipes for dinner and breakfast, including poached egg and greens salad recipe.  even though pastured eggs are way less frugal than conventional eggs, i still consider them a great nutritional value, and when compared to a restaurant meal,  even farm eggs are frugal.</description>
