I don't know if I'm too late to put in my 2 cents but I'm quite interested in the nutrtion and the autonomic nervous system seminar.
Seems like that would be pretty "fundamental" - our nervous system function is so crucial to good health and a sense of well-being.

Excellent, Kimi! And thanks for asking - I'd love to hear about: Seminar on Traditional Diets; Chris Masterjohn: Bearers of the Cross: Cruciferous Vegetables and the Principal of Moderation; The Magic of Kefir; ANYthing on coconut oil; Nightshades: The Inflammatory Scientific Evidence. I know you can only be in one place at a time...so I'll look forward to hearing any details you glean.
Have fun!!

Have fun at the conference. Are you going to the Tom Cowan presentation at the Chicago Waldorf School on Friday evening? It should be a nice event.

They all sound incredible. Specifically though the raw milk seminar by Ted Beals, all 3 Kaayla Daniels sessions, the kefir session, the cod liver oil session, and the one about cruciferous vegetables sounds intriguing. I am not familiar with how this works -- do we have to be online during the time of the session or can we just come by your website and read what you've posted at the end of the day? I so wish I were going! Maybe next year.
