		<description>Ghee is great for cooking, because it has a high smoking point. So it&#039;s perfect for sauteeing and pan frying. You can also use it in place of butter on things like corn, popcorn, bread or oatmeal. The website also says you can eat it right out of the jar, but I guess that might be a personal preference. :)</description>
